How quickly can we see who is safe after an earthquake?

Do employees need to install an app?
No. Robofy uses WhatsApp, which most employees in Turkey already use every day. They answer by tapping a reply button, with no new app and no login.
What if mobile networks are overloaded?
WhatsApp works over mobile data and Wi-Fi rather than voice calls. If a phone is temporarily offline, the message is delivered as soon as it reconnects, and employees who have not answered are re-contacted automatically.
